Privacy policy: AI visibility
Talsara AI visibility measures how ChatGPT answers customers' questions about local businesses and shows each business its reports on a private dashboard. This policy covers this service.
1. Who we are
The controller is Belas, MB ("Talsara", "we"), Karklininkų g. 47, Karklės k., LT-92383 Klaipėdos r., Lithuania, company code 306851904. Contact: hello@talsara.com.
2. What we collect
- When you ask for a snapshot or subscribe: your email address, your website and city, what you write to us, and the time of the request; for a subscription, also your business name, the services you list, who looks after your website, your plan and its payment status, and the facts you confirm for an Action Pack. We also keep the IP address of the request for up to 24 hours to stop abuse.
- Your dashboard sign-in (for a free snapshot or a subscription): your email; a scrambled (hashed) copy of your password if you set one, never the password itself; if you sign in with Google, the account identifier Google gives us and your email (we ask Google for nothing else); a scrambled copy of each 6-digit sign-in code for 15 minutes; and when you signed in.
- Public information about practices: what ChatGPT says about practices when asked patient questions, the web pages it cites, and what is publicly visible on practice websites and directories. This can include the names of practices and of the dentists who work there.
- Business contact details published on a practice's own website, which we may use to send one short, relevant email with a free finding.
We do not collect patient information. Please don't send us any.
3. Why we use it
To prepare and send the snapshot or the subscription you asked for, to reply to you, and to keep a record of what we sent (steps you asked for before a contract, and the contract itself). Our measurements and a single introductory email to a practice rely on our legitimate interest in offering a relevant business service; anyone can object at any time, and a reply saying "no thanks" is enough.
4. Who helps us
- OpenAI (United States) answers the questions we ask through its API. We send questions such as "best implant dentist in Tulsa". We also send the public text of the homepage you give us, so it can tell us what the business does; each answer, so it can list the businesses it names; and, for a subscription, your business name, city and the directory sites the answers used, so its web search can look for your page there. We read your website, and the websites of businesses named in the answers, the way a search crawler does. We never send your email or the contact details you gave us. A question may sometimes name a business or a person, as published on their own website.
- Oracle Cloud (Frankfurt, Germany) hosts our website and the list of snapshot requests.
- Spaceship hosts our hello@talsara.com mailbox, from which we write to you.
- Telegram carries a short note to our founder that a request or a payment arrived, with the email address partly hidden.
- Google (Google Ireland Limited, with processing in the United States) provides Google Analytics on the AI visibility pages (the front page talsara.com and the pages under talsara.com/ai-visibility), only if you accept it in the banner (see section 7).
- Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ireland) takes subscription payments, issues receipts and invoices, and runs the billing page you open from your dashboard (card, plan, cancelling). Stripe receives your email, business name, billing details and card; we never see your card number. We keep the payment status, the amount and the details you entered in the order form.
Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards these providers offer under EU law, such as standard contractual clauses. We never sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
5. How long we keep it
Requests and our correspondence: up to 24 months after our last contact, or less if you ask. Measurement results and reports: while your subscription is active and for 90 days after it ends, then deleted; for a business that isn't a client, never beyond 24 months. Invoices: as long as accounting law requires.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask us to stop contacting you: write to hello@talsara.com. We answer within one month. You may also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI).
7. Cookies and analytics
The website uses one technical cookie needed for its forms to work, and counts page visits itself, without cookies and without third parties.
On this service's pages only, and only if you click "Accept" in the banner, we also use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited). It sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*, kept up to 2 years) and tells us which pages and sections were viewed, which buttons were clicked, which link brought you (for example, a post on X) and your approximate country and device. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses, and the detailed data is kept for 2 months. We never send Google your email or what you type in our forms. If you click "No, thanks", nothing from Google loads. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of these pages. The legal basis is your consent.
