Terms of use

1. The service
Morning Brief reads data from the wearable you connect and sends a short morning summary to the messenger you choose. The card compares recent values with your own usual range. A weekly summary is also available. Telegram is supported now; other channels may be added later. Delivery depends on your source syncing and making data available.
2. Not medical advice
Morning Brief is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It reports differences in data from a consumer wearable; it does not explain what they mean for your health. Wearable values can be inaccurate. Do not use the service to make medical decisions or delay seeking care.
3. Who can use it
You must be at least 18, able to enter into a contract and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You need your own supported source account and messenger.
4. Your account and consent
Before connecting a source, you must give explicit consent to process health data. Keep the messenger account you connect secure. You can withdraw consent, disconnect your source and delete your data in your website profile.
5. Subscription and payment
Morning Brief is a paid monthly or yearly subscription. Prices shown on the website include VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel in your profile; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payment cards are handled by [PAYMENT PROVIDER] and are not stored by us. Any early-member price terms will be shown before checkout.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of subscribing by writing to hello@talsara.com or using the withdrawal form: [FORM LINK]. If you ask us to start the service immediately and then withdraw, a proportionate amount may be due for days already provided. 7. Using the service fairly
Do not use the service for another person's data without permission, try to access another account, disrupt the service, resell it or use it unlawfully or contrary to the terms of your source or messenger.
8. Third-party services
Morning Brief depends on source, messenger, hosting, email and payment providers that we do not control. If a third-party change or outage stops the core service for a significant period, we will tell you. You can cancel and receive a proportionate refund for paid time you could not use.
9. Content and your data
The service, its design, text and software belong to Talsara. Your data stays yours. You can download it or delete it through your profile. You may share your own cards.
10. Liability
The service is provided based on data from third parties, and timing or accuracy cannot be guaranteed. To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for decisions based on a summary, inaccurate source data or third-party outages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited or removes mandatory consumer rights.
11. Ending the service
You can cancel or delete your account in your profile. We may suspend access for a serious breach. If we discontinue the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund any prepaid time you cannot use.
12. Changes and law
We will give at least 30 days' notice of a material change. If you disagree, you can cancel before it takes effect and receive a proportionate refund of prepaid time. These terms are governed by the law of [COUNTRY], without limiting consumer protections in your country of residence.
